It seems some swell of fury and pride sweep across the commanders of every race of evil in Dura. Not content with seeing bloodshed from behind their ranks they move closer to see their enemies eyes become red with spatter.

Legendary Cyclops

During this event all monsters in Dura that are non-raid will have the frequency of being an Elite, and therealso a Legendary version, substantially raised. From rats to demons.
