GUILD SECTION Fix guilds, make section for active guilds and inactive. Active guild requiraments = Leader and at least 2 vice leaders (all of them need to be premmy account owners). Clear all 1 person guilds, such a mess looks disgusting. Also guildhouses only for active guilds. |

Also maybe level req. like 30 to creat guild and 25 to be vice leader to decrease amount of useless guilds that are messy |
