There was a serious issue that occured on Dura today. The following is a summary of what has been done since that point.


We have successfully identified the cause of the issue and have fixed it and are confident it has been cleanly resolved without loose ends.

Due to a range of potential problems, item-duping, deaths not the fault of the players, various types of bugs or errors that can grow out of the source issue as well as the crashes themself 'scrambling' progress, that is cutting it in fragments we are going to do the following:

We are rollbacking the entire Server and everyone to 9:00EST / 15:00CET. This will prevent ALL possible problems caused by the issue. Understand the server was shut down at around 11:00EST, a total of 4 crashes between 10:00EST and 11:00EST. Therefore the minimum each player who played between 9:00EST and 11:00EST will lose is 2 hours. However it is definite that many players who did not log out before 9:00EST will lose even more progress and time. This is unfair for everyone, but especially for those who may have been online for 3, 4, 5, 8, 8+ hours. Our options are unfotunately limited and there is little we can do to compensate for these particular situations.

For the Rollback we are going to give ALL accounts 2 Days of Premium and 20 Dura Coins.

We apologize wholeheartedly for this event, it was unexpected and we already have learned a lot from it which will go a long way to ensuring issues like this do not happen going forward, and IF they do they will be understood and resolved far more quickly and cleanly. As always stated we will work hard to earn your trust in Dura, we admit our mistakes and learn from them and are deeply attuned and sympathetic to how it affects you.
