From December 16th Friday Server Save 11:00 EST, to December 20th Tuesday Server Save 11:00 EST, Dura will have the following effects when one is drunk:

u  400% Health Regeneration
u  40% Health Pool Increase
u  5% Damage Increase FOR PVE only, all attacks, spells, and runes affected
u  25% Healing Increase for both spells and runes
