Greetings everyone,

This week we've added 21 Days of Premium Time to all accounts. We've done this because over the past 6+ months the server has crashed multiple times, and many of those times we said we're going to give a few days of Premium as compensation and never were able to because of various reasons, we apologize for that. Further in general of late we've provided you with service that we were not satisfied with. A faulty website, a slow server-save, and even lack of support-ticket-turnaround, and of course the delay of our Major Update, The Kha'labal. Even though we've already greatly improved most of these problems we are not satisfied yet and look to make everything above par on all these issues. But that doesn't change the lack of service in the past and so for that we're offering this compensation.
