A rollback occured today at approximately 7:38 EST.

All characters progress were rolled back to 7:00 EST -- losing 38 minutes of their most recent progress. Our new Rollback Protection worked correctly regarding this.

However houses and depots were not tied to characters and thus Houses were rolled back to 10:00 EST the previous day. Meaning a loss of House Progress of 22 hrs and 22 minutes. This means any items that were placed into a house or depot from 10:00 EST the previous day were lost. Our new Rollback Protection did not work correctly regarding this. However it has already been implmented that going forward House/Depot Protection is tied to Character Protection and therefore if a Rollback occurs in the future the max amount of loss for Character/House/Depot will be 60 minutes as Rollback Auto-Protection occurs once every hour.

Of course this correction going forward does not make up for what has already taken place. Many people were deeply affected by this Rollback. Acutely aware of this we are equally regretful. We are considering our options as how to properly account for this and move forward. We will not let this go unattended. All those who suffered loss due to this will be refunded and reimbursed.
