The State of Dura:
I meant to announce this yesterday after the previous rollback, but we have been extraordinarily busy preparing and working on the solution to the situation I am about to explain. My intention was to work with all haste, sparing no time on fixing and arriving at a solution before explaining the problem and the solution we are pursuing:

This is how Dura stands:

u Recently we implemented Rollback Protection that would prohibit character progress being lost up to 60 minutes.

u As evidence stands from yesterday that Character/Depot progress was NOT tied to houses.

u After the House Rollback occurred yesterday this was immediately rectified.

u This rectification means all progress for characters, depots, and houses CANNOT be lost more than 60 minutes.

u We have not found the cause of the crash yet. We have suspicions but nothing definitive enough to make a move.

u What we have now done though is taken a course of action so by Friday/Saturday, that is 2-3 days from now we will be installing a new infrastructure that will allow for two things:

q One: 100% Rollback Protection. Upon a crash the game will save all Progress as if it was a normal Server Save with no progress loss for anyone.

q Two: Crash Detection Software. This software will allow us to immediately identify the cause of Server Failure and therein let us solve it once and for all.

This means Rollbacks could continue through the next 2-3 days with 60 minutes loss Max. Please be aware of this.

We have considered shutting the server down permanently until this time but because the loss of character is so small (60 Min. Max) it should greatly limit frustrations of all Players involved and we rather instead allow them to play at their will if they want.

We are deeply sorry at the inconvenience presented to you, this is our fault and we will have it fixed. There will be no compensation of any kind except in the most extraordinary circumstances which we can verify by Records.
